OXTED SCHOOL MATHS BLOCK

Our design and project management services were required for a new classroom building along with a 1240sqm car park.

The project exceeded the 10% renewables requirement of Surrey County Council by achieving 17%  of its energy requirement from a ground source heat pump. The building envelope was designed well in excess of current Building Regulation requirements, and by careful lighting design. Under-floor heating and natural ventilation was used throughout the building.
